Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Atrayente caters to delivery across India. Our shipping time may vary between 5-10 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

 

Note: Customers are advised to check the courier docket at the time of delivery and report any damage/defect on the same.

 

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on your selections.

 

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery option is not available as our jewelry pieces are custom-made.

 

Tracking Packages:

We work diligently to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. You can track your package using the delivery partner links provided in the email. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. In some cases, tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours after dispatch. You can also track your order anytime on our website under "Track Order" using your order number.

 

Non-Availability on Delivery:

Our delivery partners will attempt contact up to 6 times — 3 IVR calls, WhatsApp message, SMS, and a manual call — before returning the shipment to origin. Please ensure you provide a valid phone/mobile number at checkout to avoid delays.

 

Proof of Delivery:
