Return Policy
At Atrayente, each product is custom-made to order to ensure a unique and personalized experience. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We strive to deliver the best quality and hope to meet your expectations fully.
Non-Returnable Items: All items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are custom-made.
Damages and Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will review your request and provide a solution, such as a replacement or store credit, if the damage is confirmed to be our fault.
Return Request: For issues related to damages, contact us at info@atrayente.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a review will not be accepted.
Set or Pack Items: Jewelry items bought as part of a set or pack cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including sale items and gift cards.
Exchange Policy
Due to our custom-made process, exchanges are not available. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or defects, please follow the process outlined under Damages and Issues.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by us or by you for reasons including but not limited to:
Multiple orders for the same product at the same address
Undelivered orders
Invalid or incorrect address provided by the user
Malpractice in placing the order
Bulk orders for commercial resale
Rejection of EMI offer by the bank
Pricing or specification errors on the website due to technical issues
Non-compliance with conditions or breach of policies/terms
Technical errors or issues
Credit/fraud avoidance reasons
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without further liability. Notification will be sent via email or SMS.
Refunds
As our policy is no returns or refunds, there will be no refund processed except in cases where the order is cancelled by us due to issues mentioned in the Order Cancellation Policy.
Mode of Refund: In cases where a refund is issued due to order cancellation by us, refunds are transferred back to the original payment method. If the payment method is no longer valid, a cheque will be issued. Refunds for Cash on Delivery payments will be made by cheque, demand draft, NEFT, or to your wallet account at our discretion. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the refund is initiated.
Terminated Payment Mode: If the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be issued through a cheque. Upon receiving a payment failure notice, we will contact you for further instructions.
Communication
By making a purchase, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, email, or other modes.
